The official inquiry into the Princess Diana “Panorama Interview” concluded that Martin Bashir the BBC reporter used ‘deceitful behaviour’ to secure his landmark interview on 9th November,1995.<br />
Bashir produced fake bank statements, which he showed to Diana’s brother, Earl Spencer, to gain access to the princess, Lord Dyson, a former judge, reported.<br />
The BBC could possibly face millions of pounds in compensation claims from Royal aides, servants and friends of Princess Diana who found themselves tarnished.<br />
