London, England - 23.03.24: KATE MIDDLETON CONFIRMS CANCER DIAGNOSIS
The Prince of Wales revealed in a video stetment Friday evening that she was diagnosed with cancer last month, following abdominal surgery at The London Clinic in Marylebone.
The revelation contradicts the original denial that the Princess had cancer by Kensington Palace in a statement in January, following the abdominal surgery at The London Clinic and follows closely after the intense social media speculation involving the Photoshop editing of a family photo released on Mother's Day.
Kate Middleton is the third member of the British Royal Family to be diagnosed with cancer this year, after that of King Charles lll and Prince Andrew ex-wife Sarah Ferguson's skin cancer.
While King Charles a regular churchgoer is keen to attend the Easter Sunday Church service at Windsor Castle, Kate Middleton and Prince William who are not regular attendees, will not be seen at the service.
They are most likely to be spending the Easter break at their country residence, Anmer Hall in Norfolk.
Kate would most likely resume public duties in May at the earliest. Kate was last seen in public with family members on Christmas Day 2023 at Sandringham.
