26.09.2019, London; UK: PRINCESS BEATRICE IS ENGAGED
Buckingham Palace announced today the engagement of Princess Beatrice to property tycoon Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.
The eldest daughter of Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson Princess Beatrice, 31, started dating the Italian property developer, 36, who is a father-of-one, in October last year. The date for the wedding has still be announced but is expected in the spring of 2020.
The pair got engaged during a romantic trip to Amalfi, Italy this month.
Their engagement means that Beatrice will be the first among the young generation of royals to take on a stepchild, as Edoardo who was previously engaged for three-and-a-half years Dara Huang, has a son Wolfie
